三、太極臥樁 Tai Chi Lying Pose 

 

1.       身體平臥在具承托的平面,可以是木牀或是地板,如有需要可以放一塊薄塾在中間。

2.       確定頭的玉枕穴、胸背的夾脊穴、骶骨的八髎穴和腳底的湧泉穴、兩肘和兩掌都得到完全的承托,兩膝固定,不會外翻。頸椎前彎的人士若未能把玉枕穴貼到承托面上,可以用一至數本書籍作枕頭,待頸椎調正後,再把枕頭高度降低。

3.       用意掃描全身,確認每吋骨骼肌膚和每一臟腑器官都徹底放鬆,把全身重量交給大地。

4.       輕輕閉咀、舌舐上顎、用鼻讓空氣緩慢進出,過程必須保持全身放鬆和自然。

5.       內守精神,排除雜念,內心只關顧自身的端臥和放鬆,或可以注意氣息的進出。

6.       進行臥樁的地方必須是安全、清潔、空氣流通,濕度正常,進行時注意保暖。時間可以隨個人喜好而定。若自然入睡也可。

7.       臥樁一如其他太極樁法,具有正骨、通脈、提升能量的功能,可以幫助因失眠和過累的人士快速補充精神和體力。對腸胃反常,如便秘有針對性的療效!


 Tai Chi Lying Pose 

 

1.           Lie on your back on a supporting surface, which can be a wooden bed or the floor. If necessary, you can put a thin mat in the middle.

2.          Make sure that the Yuzhen point on the head, the Jiaji point on the chest and back, the Baliao point on the sacrum and the Yongquan point on the soles of the feet, the two elbows and the two palms are fully supported, and the knees are fixed without eversion. (Body adjustment) If the person with cervical lordosis cannot stick the Yuzhen point to the supporting surface, one or several books can be used as a pillow. After the cervical spine is adjusted, the height of the pillow can be lowered.

3.           Intentionally scan the whole body to confirm that every inch of bone, skin and every viscera is completely relaxed, and give the weight of the whole body to the earth.

4.          Close your mouth gently, lick your palate with your tongue, and let the air in and out slowly with your nose. The whole body must be relaxed and natural during the process. (Pranayama)

5.          Keep the spirit inside, eliminate distracting thoughts, only care about your own side lying and relaxation, or you can pay attention to the in and out of breath. 

6.          The place for laying pose must be safe, clean, well-ventilated, and the humidity should be normal. Keep warm when doing it. The time can be determined by personal preference. You can also fall asleep naturally.

7.          The lying pose, like other Tai Chi pose, has the functions of setting bones, unblocking meridians, and enhancing energy. It can help people who suffer from insomnia and fatigue quickly replenish their mental and physical strength. It has targeted curative effect on gastrointestinal abnormalities, such as constipation!
